Orders

All orders placed through the website, WhatsApp, or Instagram are confirmed only once payment (or an agreed advance for custom pieces) is received. Please double-check product name, quantity, and customisation details before confirming — we begin work as soon as an order is confirmed.

Product Quality

  • All our products are premium quality, carefully checked before dispatch.
  • Product photos and illustrations are representative — actual colour may vary very slightly due to screen/lighting differences, and this is not considered a defect.

Delivery

  • Ready-stock items are typically shipped within 2–4 working days of order confirmation.
  • Custom or personalised items (such as name pendants) may take 4–6 working days to craft before shipping.
  • Delivery timelines shared are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier or regional delays.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Any return or exchange request must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery, along with an unboxing photo/video as proof of the issue.
  • Once 30 minutes have passed from the time of delivery, we are unable to accept any return or exchange request, under any circumstances.
  • Custom or personalised items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, since they are made specifically for you.
  • We do not offer cash refunds; eligible cases reported in time are resolved via replacement or store credit.

Care Instructions

Our jewelry is made using delicate premium materials such as beads, resin, and plated metals. Please avoid contact with water, perfume, and sweat, and store pieces in a dry pouch or box when not in use to help them last longer.

Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. Any shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated clearly before order confirmation.
